  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information

RYVA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
