Return and Refund Policy
The 30-Day Promise
Use the journal for 30 days. If it hasn't earned its place on your desk, email us and we'll refund you in full — and you keep the book.
No need to post it back. No need to explain yourself at length. One email is enough.
We ask only that you actually use it. This is not a 30-day loan — it is a promise that if the book does not do what we say it does, you should not be out of pocket for finding that out.
How to claim it
Email us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Unopened Returns
If you changed your mind and haven't opened it, you can return it within 60 days of delivery in its original packaging for a full refund. Contact us first for return instructions — please don't post anything back before your return has been approved. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund and we cover the return shipping.
What Isn't Covered
- Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, once access has been provided.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Bulk or wholesale orders.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once dispatched, an order follows the standard process above.
