Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all original contents.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized or customized products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), RYVA will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
